About Us
The Park is a Volunteer Association
The Association manages social events such as picnics and gatherings at the park, clean-ups, fire-wise meetings, and any community issues. Membership in the Ponderosa Park Association is voluntary, and only costs $50 per year.
Membership runs on a calendar year. Dues are due annually on 1/31.
The Association's Goals are:
- Promote sensitive area planning.
- Represent homeowners concerns in area re-zonings.
- Preserve neighborhood integrity and a rural lifestyle.
- Keep members informed through newsletters, special mailings & e-mailings.
- Assure trail systems and access to park lands.
- Sponsor neighborhood clean-ups and beautification projects.
- Protect our homes through fire awareness.
